I'm so amazed that you were able to fit such a large story into three thousand words. You touched only what was necessary and yet left me feeling as though I had just read some epic.
When I finished, I honestly imagined Severus' entire life spent as Ginny. Would he marry Harry and would he actually learn to like, if not love him? Would he ever tell him the truth? And honestly I spent maybe half an hour imagining the conversation they'd have at the end of their life.
I imagine it would involve Severus, who has long since been comfortable being a woman, telling Harry that it was him he'd fallen in love with and that Ginny had been long dead. I imagined a dozen little moments in their lives as I read this.
