Thanks so much for your thoughtful review. I do enjoy taking it slow, and this story was more about the conversations than the action. I anticipated that some readers wouldn't like the Juilan plot device--I even resisted it at first, and realized, at least for me, that it was because James as Harry's father is a precious part of canon that I love, but I barreled on anyway. :) Listen, although Rickman isn't the Snape in my minds, his voice is certainly entrenched as Snape's, now more than ever.
