Lots of lovely hands, and also a great mood and story, alone on the hill, on the porch, in the chair etc.

In other news, Tweak's random statement at the top of the page when I loaded this was "Let us die young." Heh.

Laugh yesterday, tears today. The first panel is so full of loneliness... *sigh*
I love the last pic but my favourite is the previous one because their hands speak volume. Those beautiful hands...
The soft dark colours make the mood perfectly. Usually I try to avoid heavy angst but I would like to read this fic very much.
From the photos on the mantelpiece I hope Harry at least found some happiness in his family.

This is so lovely. It had me choked up by the time he dropped his wand. The last image, however has my heart all aflutter. I want to coo like a crazy fangirl lol.

I do have to say that I especially love the attention to detail, like in the weave of the sweater, the grain of the wood, even the age spots on the back of his hand. Beautifully done.

I love the fire, the warn colours, Harry's hand. The kiss at the end is absolutely perfect.

Beautiful. Simply beautiful.

Your use of texture and muted colour is perfect. I love their hands and that last panel... gave me a big lump in my throat. *sniffle*

Well done! hi 5

Wow, that's wonderful :). I love this interpretation of the prompts, and, holy hell, that is just about the most romantic thing I've ever seen :).

Plus, your style is absolutely beautiful. And the texture and the detail in this is amazing. Love. It.

Another entry that made me go: awwwww! Awesome.

I can totally see Hermit!Harry. The bittersweetness of the whole arch is perfect. Great job on the colour-scheme, too.

Very poignant and beautifully illustrated. I love the subdued colours, the hands, and the kiss in the last panel.

It's beautiful and poignant.

That, and hands are my personal enemies. I can't draw them. Yours are awesome.

Ooh, that's just gorgeous! I especially like the pacing of it, the "empty" panels that extend the time (whether you planned them that way or not), they're fantastic.

And it's got just incredible storytelling. The story is so rich, even there aren't many pages.

Very very nice!

And a tough one to follow.

This is absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail is amazing - this is really beautifully drawn. And a wonderful idea - I would love to see someone write a fic to accompany it. I love every part of it, but the kiss makes me melt!! Stunning!

Wow. Simply amazing. I love the idea of the Boy-Who-Lived ending his life in solitude and memory, and then...
You draw hands beautifully, too!

You know, I'm usually not this slow at things, but I had to look over the panels a few times before I 'got' what the story was. (must be that I just got up..)

but, OMG so moving! It made me sad, but happy at the same time. All the detail you put into this piece is amazing. And their hands! wow!

I don't think I've ever seen your art before, but I'm a big fan now :)

Wow, just amazing storytelling! I can see Harry as a hermit in his later years, and Snape being the one to come to take him when his time comes (for real) is so fitting!

The opening panel somehow reminded me of the opening scene in 'Brokeback Mountain'.
The colours are beautiful, and I really love the hands. Although the subject matter is sad, the way you worked it makes it a satisfying story.
The lighting in the pictures is great.
Pity I can't vote, but for me you're a triple niner!

I'm curious as to why Harry no longer has glasses in this? I am thinking it is your way of saying he no longer needs them because he sees the rest of the way clearly, or am I totally off?

Beautiful job, I started to tear up at the panel where their hands are reaching for each other and the last panel made the tears fall. I love them together in one another's arms and how Harry is young again. Beautiful.

Stunning. Gorgeous. Exquisite details-the mountainside, the wood grain. I am especially in love with the detail of the fireplace at Snape's arrival, as it were-the golden sparkling swirls are so beautiful contrasted against the dark background. And you have told a wonderful story in these few picture. So romantic, so tender. Well done.

What a KISS. Migod, even before I sat myself down and said, "Okay, what's going on here? Try to take it in steps, you doofus," I saw that kiss and melted into a puddle. I love the sadness and serenity here, the age (and yet virility) in Harry's face, the way that you show Harry is seated and there's nothing too shocking or abrupt about what happens next; it's all so quiet. And the photos, making the case that there's nothing AU about this--it's all just lost longings. Did I mention how beautiful it all is? I adore it. Just adore it.
