Oddly enough, I think he's the more vulnerable of the two. I think he's VERY good at hiding it. I love it when fics explore that side of him.

He's terribly insecure, IMO. And he overcompensates. He's let maybe two people into his shell ever. Lily for sure, and possibly Dumbledore.
Harry's vulnerable in his naivety, whereas Snape is vulnerable because he knows too much.
