Thank you! This was absolutely wonderful, and it's my top favourite theme, too, - and that doesn't at all mean I'm biased. Severus the adult is fantastic. Harry is charming, and I got almost infected by his 'The Insanity'. The beginning of the story didn't seem too promising to me thanks to Ron and Hermione behaving their worst (but unfortunately, quite canon). The rest of the story, though - ah, simply amazing.
Two points, however: first, what's with Severus unable to use a substitute wand? They could have perfectly buy him a new one, or find one fitting better. Second, in the Infirmary scene - if it was supposed to be *pitch black* there (as is indeed indicated), how did Harry manage to see the clock, plus from across the room without spectacles? In such a darkness that he didn't see a chair beside the bed.
