You've totally identified one of the most difficult tasks I had when writing the story. I had the hardest time portraying Ginny through Harry's pov. I agree with you: there's no way that I can see that she's only married to Harry for the social standing, yet I could also see her becoming a bit like Molly, always pushing for that bit more, and Harry reacting poorly to that. Their fight was one of those where I think that she was simply trying to say the most hurtful thing she could think to say at the time, not what she actually thought. I tried to have Hermione diplomatically point that out to Harry later, but Harry just wasn't hearing it. Thanks for your feedback. I'll see if I can re-write that a bit more clearly after the Games.
