I don't mean to be argumentative, but even the first two questions are subjective - one reader might think a story hews closely to, for instance, Romance and Horcrux (to take genre and prompt examples out of thin air) while another reader might find the story wasn't very romantic at all, and the horcrux issue came across as a subplot rather than a major issue in the story.
Just sayin' - they're all actually subjective to the reader's interpretation.
