I am such a huge fan of yours, and was a huge fan of this story. Cute, and sweet, with great characterization, and clever dialogue. Every now and then you would write a line that would make my breath catch in my chest - there's no way I could remember all of them, but one in particular was Harry's reference to his mother "wanting to make things bloom." Also, the line Snape says about how he thought he was going to marry Lily, but then they "stopped being friends, and she married someone else, and then died." I'm paraphrasing crudely and ineloquently, but that line was so simple and so spot on that it killed me. Everyone thinks this story was so funny, and it was funny, certainly, but I always feel like your stories have a touch of bittersweetness, and it's that added element that makes them stand out in my memory. The ending was lovely without being over the top - just kind of sad and simple, with a dash of hope. I really enjoyed it. Brilliant job.
