Thank you! Poor Harry I think is not so much calmer as subdued -- it has to be a huge blow to his self-confidence not to have understood what his own son was up to, and I think he's crushed he blew it so badly with Teddy (and probably has lots of unresolved anger at Teddy's father but that's a whole different story, or maybe that's just me *g*). I really dislike James Potter the first, particularly the way he lets himself be as cruel as he wants to anyone he deems unlike him but labels it just joking around rather than being a dark wizard -- something the twins do to some extent, too -- and wanted to play with that a bit. But I tried to keep the really dark stuff in the background because ultimately I wanted it to be a hopeful story!
