He caught an expression on Harry's face just seconds before he turned that could only be described as flummoxed. That, combined with the slight shiver and the red tinge to his cheeks, gave Oliver more hope for a positive outcome than he'd allowed himself. Obviously he was affecting Harry on some level; he just didn't know if it was the right one.
"So," he said into the silent kitchen, "have you been able to think at all about...things?"
