"They're all fine - getting excited for the holidays of course," Remus said, taking a seat on the sofa next to Debi. He looked up at a sound in the doorway and smiled at Lurch, who entered with a tea tray. "Lurch! You're a lifesaver, man, I'm parched. And biscuits? Perfect."
Remus waited until Lurch had positioned the tray in front of them, then poured out cups of tea. "Well, if Junior adores shiny things, you'll have to be careful with the tree next year for certain. We had to enchant the nutcracker ornaments to poke with their swords to keep Winslow away... not to mention our little two-legged rug rats."
