Debi shook her head to clear it after the kiss. "Wow," she said. The dreamy mood broke when she heard Zach's stomach rumble, and she laughed and gave him a final hug.
"Let's see - roast turkey with a new glaze I just tried, sauteed green beans, corn, hot rolls, dressing, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce." Debi carefully levitated each dish to the table, scowling as the cranberry sauce wobbled slightly before recovering. "Don't you dare tip over, after what I went through to get cranberries in the first place - and oh, pumpkin pie for dessert. Made from real pumpkins." She made a sweeping gesture toward the table.
"If you'd use your trained surgeon's hands to carve, dinner is served!" She'd read up on carving charms but had pretty much obliterated the chicken she'd bought to practice on, and since turkey hash wasn't on the menu for at least a couple of days....
