Hermione smiled and waved back. It had been far too long since she'd taken a day simply to socialize and spend time with anyone but Ron and Harry (and of course) Leila. And when was the last time she'd been able to watch Ron play?
She rolled her eyes at Harry scolding the cheese plate. Faelan seemed ill at ease, which squared with what little she knew about him, but she hoped that he could relax and enjoy the game. Oliver had been such a natural talent that it was only natural for Faelan to like the game.
"Yes, we've brought food," she said. "I hope you like it - I let Harry choose, which may or may have been a good idea." She laughed to take the sting out of the words, then raised her eyebrows in mock surprise. "No treacle tart? I'm shocked!"
