Neville carefully passed Gawain over and grinned when the boy immediately rested his blond head against Sirius' shoulder, holding his blanket in both hands so he could suck at it better. Neville shook out his arms which were feeling stiff - he would have to be firmer with Gawain about the sling in future.
"Well, you're definitely good with babies," he observed to Sirius. "And with teenagers - Faelan seems really happy today. I know he's been living with you and I've noticed the gradual difference in him. I suppose it's not really my place to thank you, but, well, I care about him, so thanks anyway."
