Something about her tone raised both of his eyebrows and managed to wipe the last bit of stupid from his brain (the one that was currently trying to put on a pair of her shoes).
"You just coming 'round to that idea, are you?" He smiled widely at her, thankful that he was more or less back in control. "Hope it's still as appealing to you as it was a year ago, because it's a bit on the late side for rethinking the idea."
He reached around the doojamb to her dresser and found one of his old shirts and held it out for her to slip her arms through. "And now that we've got all the proper bits covered up, what say we head to St Mungo's and meet the kiddo, hmm?"
