"Hell," Sirius said. "I know our family has more than its share of insanity, but that woman ...." He was saved from trying to think of an ending that did her justice by the arrival of another owl. Shooting a worried look at Harry, he crossed to the window and opened it, admitting not one, but two birds. Rather than flying to Regulus, one circled around him, dropped a letter on his shoulder, and flew out.
"Damn." The envelope looked familiar -- indeed, identical to the one Regulus still clutched in his hand. And Harry, he saw, had one too.
"Well. It looks like we're all invited," he said cheerily. "Look, Regulus, I get to be a toy, too!" With a sudden scowl, he threw the letter in the air, but the rupturing spell he sent at it only left a web of creases, as if he had crumpled it. "In your dreams, bitch!"
