"Sleep," he answered, grasping Sirius' hand and using it to slowly pull himself upward. He trusted Sirius to assume that 'sleep' meant all things post-transformation, even if their routine had been delayed a few days. Comfortable clothes, his bed, potions, water from a cup, a very long nap -- all of these things were called for, in that order.
Later, he could shower, ask his million questions, give Edward a pat, and perhaps try to hold a paintbrush. When he felt better, he could be sure Padma would make sure he'd transformed back with all the right bits. But for now, he wanted to stretch the ache from his bones and give things a few hours to make sure the wolf wasn't coming back.
"Thanks," he whispered as Sirius' arm went around him, pulling him upright and helping him wrap up in one of Padma's blankets.
