Remus handed Severus a mug of tea, then sat the tray down on a nearby stump out of the way. He cracked his knuckles like a fighter getting ready for a match, then moved so that nothing living other than grass was in the line of fire for the spell.
The wolf wasn't suppressed, since Remus wanted to be able to feel the effects fully and give Padfoot good feedback.
"Ready," he said, nodding firmly, then stood looking at Sirius expectantly. Sirius was a very good wizard, so Remus didn't doubt he'd be about to get this right. It would just take a bit of practice.
