"I'm a terrible friend, I should have ordered something at once," Remus said apologetically. He jumped up and pulled the bell cord, which made the deep, funereal bell peal at the back of the Manor. Lurch couldn't have been far, however, for he appeared at once.
"You rang?"
Remus nodded and smiled, ordering up scones and tea for both of them, and Lurch went off with his lumbering gait. Remus turned back to Debi. "All right then... snack are on their way, but for now, shall we get to work?"
