"You're very welcome," Padma said with a smile as she followed Neville and Luna into the dining room. "I'm glad it came in handy; those charms on the book make it so much easier to take with you, and, of course, much less visible to those who... well, think one shouldn't be varied in their personal life."
She smiled as she saw the twins in a sparkly protective barrier. "I brought them each a gift - will they go through the barrier or do you want to set them aside for Gawain and Nimue to open later?"
Padma shifted her shoulder bag. "And I have presents for you two as well. I hope I didn't go overboard. My family tends to go all out for weddings, and since you're the first of my friends to get married..."
And since you're some of the few friends I have at all..., she didn't say. She hoped they wouldn't mind that she'd brought a pile of presents.
