"I knew it." Klaus grinned hugely when Bill agreed that he had been right, that was nice, he wasn't really the one that got things right all the time not like Five did or ... wall the rest of them really. But he wasn't stupid, he knew things and Bill had just agreed.
While Bill made up his mind about the pancakes, Klaus made sure to give him his most pleading look, it never worked on their dad but it might work on Bill. Sometimes he looked at mom the same way and she'd let him have another cookie when no one was looking. So Klaus knew he was good at things like this. And Bill agreed after a moment and Klaus cheered in triumph, "Yes! This is gonna be so good."
Sitting up on the counter was fun too, he hadn't expected that, and he was getting ready to lean over the sink to wash his hands like Bill had suggested before he saw Bill wave what had to be a wand and started making things move. Klaus' eyes went wide, "You can do magic!" Or maybe he was like them? He had powers too? "Are you a hero too?" He asked him, hand washing forgotten replaced by curiosity. "I didn't think adults could do things like that. Dad said no one else could."
