"Hi," Tony said, and it was -- yeah. A little bewildered, even though at this point after all the nonsense that this town threw at them, he didn't quite feel that same panic he had the last time. It was still alarming though, a bit; this tiny version of Steve staring at him like Tony was about to have all the answers in the universe.
Never mind the fact that he didn't know who Tony was. And that didn't hurt. Nope, not at all.
"Tony," he said after a short beat. "Tony Stark. I live here. Bucky lives down the street a bit." He wasn't going to answer that question about Steve's mom though, because Tony Stark wasn't in the habit of telling kids their parents had been dead for the better part of the last century.
