Steve was wearing a shirt miles too big, which came down to his thighs which was good because the shorts he'd been wearing maybe couldn't even stay on. Still he wasn't sure why he wasn't panicking, this seemed like a panic time. But the man opened his eyes and Steve was relieved not terrified. This room wasn't his room but when he looked around actually he wasn't so sure. It felt like his room. The man said his name and Steve nodded eagerly, that he knew.
"Hi," he said as he raised his hand in a little wave. Steve tugged at the seem on his shirt as he stood and they just looked at each other.
"Who're you? Where's my mom? Where's Bucky?" Steve finally asked, although it all came out on a wheeze. It was cold and obviously so were his lungs.
