It was really weird how it was both really easy and really difficult to live in a place like Starklandia. Like, Clint had gotten a job! He was now the face of true entrepreneurial spirit and had opened up this place’s very first (and still only) shop in the form of COFFEE. They served coffee. From 8am until noon. Or until they ran out of supplies.

Mostly Kate and him drank the supplies. It was a problem, really.

Like, right now it was a problem because he was hyped on coffee and had no real way to let off steam beyond climbing up to the rooftops (with his bow! always with his bow) and swinging his feet back and forth from his current perch. He could watch the town doing preverbal little town things.

He was like…the Belle of the rooftops.

“Little town. Full of littlllllle peopleeee.” Listen, he wasn’t a good singer. He blamed it on his deafness. Didn’t mean it wasn’t fun.

Levi rolled his eyes and sat down across from him. "What the hell is a 'duderino'" He asked, setting a leg up before putting his elbow on it. "And what are you even doing up here, if it's for hunting game, back off. I have to eat somehow. "

He looked the man up and down before shaking his head. "You look pathetic, and what even is that haircut. Looks like a horse took a shit."

"Why would I be hunting in the main square?" Clint thought it was a perfectly reasonable question, mind, especially for how rude this guy was being. But maybe he was just nervous about being in a new place? Some people got weird and defensive. "I'm not about that soylent green life."

Not that weird and defensive made up for comments that went straight to hairstyles. Clint rose an eyebrow and glanced over at the dude, half amused that he was kind of just a dick, but had chosen to pop a squat anyway. "Dude, you have a bowl cut. You don't get to talk about hairstyles when you have a bowl cut."

"What the shit is a bowl cut?" Ran a hand through his hair, arching a brow. He dropped down and just went to focus on the task he'd been working on- making himself a wagon whilst he looked for a horse. "Ugh, I need to find a source of gas, running so very low."

He thought for a second before looking up, pulling one of his blades and pointed it to him. "You, where can I get compressed gas?"

Right, okay. This guy was an ass who had zero patience for him, which seemed kinda mean, considering Clint hadn't invited him over for a conversation in the first place.

And apparently duderino was now building a wagon for some reason down there, despite the fact that there was literally nowhere to take the thing. So maybe he just had a few screws loose, or lacked common sense. Or any sense? Kids these days, right?

Oh. And he was saying something. Clint squinted, but sort of missed it. "What?" he called back, but didn't bother actually keeping an eye on the guy, because, well, he was probably just going to liken something to shit for the millionth time anyway. "I'm deaf!"

That was true. He was.

Levi sighed and shot right back up and held out the container. He did a small release to show the gas- he'd be able to smell it. " I need, do you know where I can get some."

This was getting old. He just wants to go home. But he figures if he's not gonna starve and maybe get a haircut- he should be a little less...of his asshole self.

He wasn't dealing with eyebrows and four eyes so maybe he should calm down.
