Even with the fire going and the tea, you could tell things were getting colder and this place was going to be freezing by winter. Apparently they weren't about to have a tropical type climate around these parts, although after the heatwave maybe he was glad for it. Cups of tea were far more enjoyable in the cool and Bill leaned out to grab a cookie, taking a bite as he crossed his long legs. "It's an honor to be your first," Bill said happily. "We don't really pull things out of hats but I could humor you some time."
There were people there with all kinds of powers and Bill had heard people referring to the others as Superheroes, so that's the word he'd used. "Show offs, you know, with the strength and the flying and the freezing and what not," he said with a shrug. "Nothing subtle about it, but each to their own."
So clearly he wasn't one. "What about you then? Although handsome is more than enough of a contribution, so you're done in my books," Bill said with a smile.
