The man looked, well, terrified. Bill raised his eyebrows at him for a moment while he agreed to tea before smiling warmly and giving a nod, tea was what you did, it tended to make things better. It was a combination of picking things up and summoning them with his wand to get the tray in order, milk and sugar and the like, a plate for the biscuits. When it was ready he sent it over to the coffee table and wiped his hands on his pants as he closed the distance between them.
It was clear his glasses were damaged as he assessed them for a moment before looking through them to see his eyes. "Can't have that now, who knows what important things you might miss," of course he was flirting, he was breathing wasn't he?
"May I?" Bill asked as he lifted his hands but not laying them on his glasses yet. "I'll be gentle, I promise."
