Kitty rolled her eyes but smiled when John agreed not to feel her up in the streets any more, but declared their house fair game. She supposed it was the best she could hope for, and if she really didn't want John's hands on her she could always phase herself out of his touch. So it wasn't really something she was worried about.
Instead there were the animals to deal with. Watching the turtles talk to one another as they saw her with John was frankly adorable, and Kitty was happy to just watch them try and figure it out themselves before John tried to explain it to them. "No one is taking your pool." She promised the turtles gently, kneeling down to stroke one of them soothingly. "What did I tell you about being nice." She said shaking her head at John.
"Why don't you show them a little bit of your fire." She suggested. "It's still John," She told the turtles, "he just got make over." As if turtles understood the concept of a makeover - but maybe they did. Who was Kitty to say?
