"I know," Kitty answered with a teasing grin, "I'm a saint." She wanted to keep John in good spirits, as much as possible at least, it wouldn't be the easiest transition, but she had faith that they could figure this out until things righted themselves.
She laughed when John mentioned his clothes. "Well they'll probably fit you in that you'll be covered, I don't think you'll be able to leave the house in anything you've got right now. Sure John's shirts didn't leave her swimming in fabric, but he was taller than she was and broader, she liked his shirts for lounging around the house, or first thing in the morning when she wasn't quite ready to commit to real clothes. If John wanted a functioning wardrobe they were going to have find something else.
"And I don't think anything you've got in your closet really matches your new accessory." She added with a small grin. They could make the best of this right? Play like it was all just dress up for a bit before John was back to himself once more.
