Tony almost pouted when Kate looked disappointed not to be going on an adventure with Carol, but then she added that she was super psyched to go with him and he was mollified. "I get it, I feel like I'd be the same way if our situations were reversed." He hadn't expected Carol to jump at the chance to go through the door as soon as he'd shown it to her, but then she had and well Tony wasn't going to run away from a chance like that.
"The marshmallow man!" Tony groaned hoping that they weren't going to walk in on some giant marshmallow form on the other side of the door - that was the last thing he wanted to deal with, even with the suit. He peered around the door with her when she asked about flowers and frowned.
"Uh, well - maybe we can cross out the thinking of where you want to go theory?" He suggested. Or maybe the idea he'd had that popped into his head was a little too movie themed to generate an actual place. But a meadow sounded nice, he could handle that. "What do you think? Are the hills alive?" He wondered as he crossed through the threshold and into the field to see if there was something else they were missing initially from their view at the doorway.
