It wasn't like Bill was trying to change the subject. But what he was trying to do was reassure him. In Vegas Klaus had felt defenseless and Bill had hated seeing the fear there, he never wanted him to feel like that again. In the world he was from he hadn't heard of wizards like him, or magic, but that didn't mean he didn't have it. Besides Bill had always thought there was something magic about him anyway. "Yes, for real," Bill said with a smile. "When I hold another wizard's wand it feels like a wand, when I hold my own it feels like something else," he explained with a smile. "Like an extension of my arm."
He grinned when Klaus told him he could feel something and nodded. "Your own magic, maybe a bit of mine, too," Bill said with a wink. He moved behind him, so his chest and stomach were pressed to Klaus back, wrapping around him a little.
"Just relax," he urged as he talked against his ear, placing a kiss beneath it. "Just feel it in you, then use the wand to channel it," Bill encouraged as he held his hand a little tighter.
