Poor Ben just nodded a bit numbly when Val asked if he had an idea, swallowing. "Yes....my place?" He hadn't done anything like this in a very, very long while. And suddenly it was all he could think about.

She leaned close and he wanted to close the distance. Instead, he pulled back and stumbled to his feet, grinning a little as he caught himself. "I mean if you want to...?"

She seemed to want to. She seemed to want to do a lot more than kiss. And Ben, at least drunk Ben, was into that.
