"I have," Valkyrie nodded slightly, her brow raised at the confession, if it could be considered that. Her hand settled once more on Ben's arm, fingers lightly brushing at the back of his hand. She took another sip. Her knee softly pressed to his leg as she looked over the edge of her glass at him.

"It is his choice, was it not?" She took another sip. Her nose wrinkled ever so slightly at the two tenses she used in her question. Putting the future and the past all in one question could break almost anyone's brain. "You cannot take responsibility for something you did not do. What you will not do. Just as I am not the reason Asgard fell. Even though I did fail in stopping the one who helped bring it about." She understood being part or feeling like they were part of the problem, or somehow the cause of what happened.

"I believe we should drink this bottle. And another." She laughed softly. "I have not been drunk in years. Will join me in this quest?"
