Obi-Wan seemed a bit confused by that, tempted to call Carol over and introduce them. However, before he could do that, Val stepped in and called the bartender over who was happy to leave the bottle, even if she looked a bit confused by the couple. She wasn't used to seeing Ben with anyone at the bar- well, other than his apprentices.

"Yes, the time-travel is....confusing. I am from a pst before Luke and Leia were fully grown- in fact, they were not even born yet." He shook his head and drank. "Yet here they are, adults. It is....strange."

Another slow drink then he smiled at her. "Have you always been a warrior?" He slid his glass over to take more drink. And frowned when she explained her home.

"My galaxy has been torn apart by war- or will be, I hear. My padawan- the boy I helped raise into a Jedi..." Ben stopped and took a long drink with a sigh. "He will be responsible."
