"Um, whiskey," Ben looked at his glass and then taking in the sight of her. She looked nice. It wasn't a style Ben knew, but then again, he could still appreciate it. He wondered if she always dressed up (seeing as the only two times they'd interacted, she had been in her best).

Carol had waited for Val's order before pouring and smirking at Ben, a knowing look in her eyes. Val was cute. Ben ignored that look as Carol headed to the back room to check on 'something', telling the two to let her know if they needed anything.

"Interesting alcohol Earth has, isn't it? I can't say I've ever had anything like this before."
