Right. Pete was right. As he caught his breath, Peter felt his adrenaline slowing down just a little while he looked around and thought of the next part of the plan. Gwen was fine. She was a Spider-Woman. She'd kick ass and take names and be amazing. Right now, he and Pete were doing the same thing. No big deal. They got this!
"Okay," he said as he webbed a gun, then tugged ita way from one of the ugly guys and pulled before using his other wrist to wrap the alien up, sending the weapon into the ground and crushing it with the impact. "So we keep rounding up civilians, and when things calm down then what?"
He hated the idea of leaving Vegas in shambles, but they also had a lot to deal with behind the doors, didn't they? Shit. Miles wasn't ready to make these kinds of choices. He as only 17 after all... Then agian, with great power and all that.
