Re: Valkyrie | Not so Old Ben
Valkyrie gave a soft sound of appreciation. She patted Ben's shoulder, carefully to keep from hurting him; they'd come too far for him to get hurt by a sign of camaraderie.
"That is an amazing weapon." She did like his glow stick. Her smile said just as much as the shoulder pat. She didn't move yet; her eyes lifted to Carol. Her eyes narrowed to see the two other Asgardians living in town, one she knew and one she didn't. She wondered how well the one she thought she knew. She sighed softly; now was not the time for this, whatever this was. She nodded to herself and looked around to find what she wanted, a line to take.
"The Earth I was on?" She put her hand on his shoulder to say she was ready to go. Waiting long enough to feel him at her back, or as close as he could be while they moved, she began to lead. "Yes, there were many battles to be had."
The blaster worked as well as she had hoped. The creatures didn't seem to fare very well against their own weapon. She smiled slightly and settled into leading Ben toward the door, all the while looking for those who might need help in heading "home."
