Nyx Ulric // Lil Tony
"I rather I didn't call you something you don't like." Nyx admitted. "Though, if I have to convey I'll be sure to use it sparingly." Seeing the name now more an insult than a title, he wouldn't want to insult the man. That wasn't any way to live.
"It's the oddest, really." Nyx thought about it. "Where I come from, the city is gigantic. Hundreds of miles. You could travel all day, and just get to the other side by the end of the day." He shook his head. "So not meeting people there makes sense. Here. There's what? Three dozen or so of us?" Nyx didn't even know. That was another problem. One of the old Natasha's wanted to get medical records together, and it made sense in emergencies, but that fell apart quite quickly. As much as they were all heroes here, it seemed so many didn't trust the system. Was he the only person who had unfettered trust in his king, up to the very end?
"We need a method." Nyx admitted out loud, acknowledging the same to Tony. "Resources in this town is finite, and what do we do about that? Start stockpiling from other dimensions? Wait for a door to open to a forest and clear cut?" He shrugged. "Sure it helps us, but what does it do the the world on the other side." Sure Nyx was happy with their survival, but could he be okay with it if what they did had a ripple effect down the road and destroys a civilization? That wasn't anymore right.
"If we can't go the route of fireplaces, then what?" Nyx questioned. There had to be something right? Just a matter of the what he would suppose.
