Valkyrie | Klaus
"I know it's not real magic." Valkyrie gave Klaus a slight smile. She'd seen real magic. She'd seen so many things, and this place was just another one of them. Of course, this place could be very distracting if she let it, and a small part of her was considering letting it. Yet, if she let it, was she slipping back into her old ways? The ways that made her forget everything, or at least pretend to forget? She did do a lot of drinking then.
"Mm? I'm not. Ask me to kick someone's ass, then yes. Ask me to gamble?" When was the last time she gambled in the sense of money? She tried to think of it; perhaps when Thor and Hulk met in the arena? No, she'd just watched them from above, watched them wail on each other as if they weren't brothers in arms; at the time, they really weren't. Her lips pursed as she thought about it; then came the nod.
"Yes, we will gamble, and I do need new clothes." She looked at what she was wearing. She had really hit the last of the things to wear. "Do I really need to be more Vegas?"
