Kate usually had a good awareness of her surroundings, but for now, she just shared the moment with both Tony's as she watched Steve go back out to rescue her clothes.
"No, please, don't, wait." Kate didn't try in earnest to get him to come back as it meant more time for her to enjoy the view. Steve was way too old for her, but that didn't mean she couldn't appreciate what was in front of her. She sighed, leaning against a tree and ringing out the shirt she was in.
"We really need to work on clothing options," she said out loud, unaware that there was an audience of two behind her. More clothes meant less laundry, less laundry meant fewer opportunities to embarrass herself around the other heroes. Then again, if something like this happened every time, she might be willing to make a few sacrifices for the good of the town.
