"Indeed I do" she answered with a small grin on her lips, and her cheeks reddened slightly as his compliment. Sure she was used to getting those, but not from someone like him who wasn't saying it just to get something out of her. It made her feel good to know that someone here might actually like her for who she was and not what she could give them. It made missing her friends a little more bearable.
"Well that's a good question. A little of everywhere, I guess you could say. Mostly London, though" she answered. It was a question that had never been easy for her to answer, because she didn't even know her real name let alone where she was really from.
"I haven't seen any of my friends here, but I haven't been here long enough to have searched everywhere for them. We've been separated before, but I still miss them" she added, a sadness coming into her eyes that she hadn't even expected.
