Re: Valkyrie | The Doctor
Valkyrie continued to watch the woman’s lips move. She wasn’t slow; it was a way to focus.her eyes narrowed slightly, and she nodded when it sounded like there was a pause. The woman went on, handing Val the drink that had been tested and coughed at three times Val could remember/caught. A quick sniff to the contents told the warrior king all she needed to know, and it was tempting, so very tempting, to drink right up. Yet if she started down that road, she didn’t think the “boys” would have enough to get her good and drunk. She found a place to set the drink down, her attention back on the woman.
“Is anyone looking for a way back?” She couldn’t leave her people, they were more her people now than ever without a king. Not so soon after losing not one but two. “We’re not all dead?” That was the other question,; few people had found their way out of Hel after all. Or Valhalla for that matter. None she could readily name, save for Hela. She didn’t feel dead.
“Where do most people stay?” That seemed the safest way to start, her mind working on possibilities.
