There was little that Nyx could do to argue about the things that were being said. Peter was one hundred percent correct about it all. Without a doubt in his mind. But it didn't ease his mind at all around Crowe's death.
"You're are correct." Nyx confirmed as he listed to his words. The words stung, but just because the words were painful didn't change the fact that they weren't any less true. He had to keep doing his part to continue her legacy. Without remembering her and honoring her, she just became a figment of people's memories before forgotten all together. Taking a deep breath, Nyx placed the stuff back into the box, minus the single picture.
"You're right Peter." Nyx said closing the box, but picking the picture up in his hands. "You are incredibly correct." Standing up, Nyx stretched feeling his bones crackle as they realigned from long periods of time from being out of the house. "Lets go get some chow." And just like that, Nyx was suddenly hungry. "I'm starving."
