The way that Kitty told John to stop it was very much a method of reminding him of his current situation and place. Sure he was a villain, but he was often trying to be a good guy and realistic it made much easier to live here, a town filled with so many hero types. Plus he liked spending time with Kitty, so staying good was in his best interest.
"Fine, this Stark isn't the worst out there." John would admit, but he shook his head. "He's still Stark, and Starks do all the same things." Okay, also had no proof on that, but at least he went to him when he thought they were dying and at least now, they had a facility to tend to that if it were to arise again.
While she reigned herself in with the kiss, it was always wonderful. The way her lips felt on his, and the way she would relax or melt into him just made it better. It made him feel strong in a sense. Trusted. A protector in sorts. Shaking his head, he kissed her again as she was doing it again. When he broke the kiss he spoke. "Stop." John said against her lips. "You're over thinking it." He shook his head. "You need to remember something incredibly important..." He muttered while he pressed against her and pressed his mouth against hers heated and almost desperate, but broke it just as quick to tease just a bit. "No one tells me what to do, babe." His grin wise wide and devious. "I would rather no place but with me. Here. There. Where ever." John confirmed. "We can move you tonight."
But he had a different thought in his mind too, as he pressed a kiss again to her lips briefly before he moved his kisses to her jaw right under her ear. "I sure hope the doctor isn't watching.." He mentioned in a whisper before nipping her earlobe lightly.
