He was probably right, this was something from home after all, a part of her life that she really should hang on to instead of giving it away the way she sort of wanted to. She wasn't really ready for this - for taking responsibility for something like this, but she supposed it was better that it happened now when they weren't all dying of some kind of illness. So she could get a handle on it before something big happened and decide how it was all going to work at her own pace.
"So I should be the manager?" She asked, because that seemed - well a little weird. But maybe she could make something like that work. She wasn't sold just yet though. "I'll probably have to talk to Claire about it and see what she thinks, if she even wants to make use of something like this or not." Because sure it'd be a big benefit but maybe Claire would prefer something more familiar?
It was all just so strange and she didn't know what to do with it yet. It would take her a little bit of time.
And then he asked where she'd live and Kitty shrugged. "Maybe we could consolidate?" She suggested after two days spent at his place already and the plan for him to stay the night at hers, it only seemed logical that they maybe could pull off something like that. "I mean - if you wanted. I don't want you to think you have to or anything like that. I can figure something out." She was quick to add, realizing of course that she'd just kind of sort of asked to move in with him.
