Gamora closed the door for her, and Nebula felt like she could breathe again, truly breathe and not just the terrified gasps that she felt like she'd been making since she had opened the door in the first place. But Gamora was there, reminding her of where they were, and this new reality they found themselves in, where things were not as they ought to have been - even their very existence in this place was something that should not have been.
"I need to know why it is here, why now." Whether it truly had something to do with Thanos or just something about this place playing with her fears. She relaxed incrementally as she and Gamora talked, now that she could focus on anything but the room beyond the door Nebula was aware of just how tightly strung she had allowed herself to get.
"I can't," She agreed, she didn't have to go in and she wouldn't not when she couldn't trust what was inside. Even with the door closed though it was there, and she knew it was - like it was just waiting to be used again. A part of her wanted to tear it apart, ruin it so that it might never be used, but that didn't feel right either.
"It needs to be gone," The room could stay, she supposed, it would be there, a part of their home but what was inside could be removed. There was only one other person aside from Gamora that she would trust with this. Perhaps he could find a use for this. "Once it's gone - then we'll seal the door."
