"Your guess is as good as mine, suppose so," Bill agreed. He hadn't asked and he wasn't about to, she was the scary sort and that sounded like a rude question, asking someone what they were.
Bill nodded as he looked around as well, distracted thinking about home. Their small country house had started small, before all the extra rooms had been added on. First it had just been him, then Charlie and then things had grown from there. "No, born and raised. Wasn't displaced until I woke up one day here."
There was plenty of time to think about it all, but so very few answers. "I couldn't tell you. My deal though? Not sure, I'm happy to be here so long as they keep sending me pretty things to look at," Bill said as he very obviously looked at John.
Things back in his own world had been on their way to getting real messed up and Bill knew he needed to get back to it, the sooner the better.
