"Yeah," she said, her smile growing as he didn't seem perturbed with the weirdness and shrugged. "I had a lot of your merch though. Definitely one of my favorite hoodies." A souvenir she brought over with her when she moved to California. "Do you ever wear your own stuff?" Talk about a good disguise.
She made a face as he both complimented and burned her. "Yeah, I get that a lot," she said, as the face she was making changed to one of embarrassment. It seemed she wasn't the only one who didn't fit the stereotype of their title. "Sorry! I guess in my time, you're closer to my age. So maybe in your time, I'm closer to yours?" Another shrug as she stood up, stretching as the water came to a boil. "Sweet! Now we can go inside and make something good!" She picked up the pot with a rag and nodded her head towards the shop.
