Tony didn't have the heart to tell Pyro that he was writing up pure coding, and that Friday was already his tasked secretary, finishing up what he started as well as recording any audio notes he needed so long as his glasses were on or his laptop was open. He'd moved beyond needing a transcriber -- probably some time in college. But the guy really seemed like he wanted to do something more useful than just sitting there shivering and feeling like shit, so Tony finished up the line of code he was working on (and if it took another minute or two of silence, it wasn't intentional, he just tended to be hyper focused even while he multitasked) and looked up at him. "Yeah, alright. I've gotta -- there's another laptop on the side cushion of the couch there." Like Tony just squirreled them away and wanted to have one on hand as much as was humanly possible.
His expression warmed slightly over him talking about Kitty though. Tony liked her, had liked her from the moment she'd shown up, even if they weren't friends. She was sensible and pragmatic all while being kind and didn't let her bias form all of her opinions. It was a good sign of a leader. "Yeah," he agreed. "I think we've both got someone a bit like that. They're good to have. Sometimes it's nice to be told I'm being an absolute idiot." Not that Tony listened. And apparently neither did John.
