Gwen | Jan :: Door Exploration!
"Oh no, nope. Asbo-freaking-lutely not!" Gwen called out when she saw that there were more mannequins just popping up and people were actually turning into them. She was not about to let herself or Jan be turned into some sort of mindless mannequin. Hell no. That was terrifying. How on Earth would she ever be able to play drums again? Or swing around? Those things looked stiff and they were faceless. No way. Terrifying. The thought that a world like this existed and it was happening at a freaking Target was unbelievable. And frankly, Gwen didn't want to stick around to find out if this was some sort of sorcery spell on these people or if there was some sort of mega ultra powerful mannequin because seriously? Yikes.
"I think we're on the same wave length," Gwen said. "Pretty sure Target's profit margins are high enough that they won't miss any of this. Time to go!" Her Spider-Senses were pinging pretty much non-stop which wasn't a good sign. Jan was right; thank goodness they were moving slowly. Otherwise this might get a lot messier. She just wanted to get this stuff and go. She turned her head and shot off a series of webs that wove around the legs of a few of the mannequins that were closing in on them. "Door!" She ran with her partner in long-term-borrowing-crime toward the automatic doors, pushing the carts along the way. "These are so gross! Ugh!" She shot more webbing to completely wrap around the body of one who was coming at them from the side. "Don't stop until we're back. Who knows if there are more of these things out in the parking lot!"
