Klaus was happy to push Ben into a lot, to get him drunk for the first time, to throw him into strange and new interactions with people, to try things that were entirely outside of his realm of experience, but in this - Klaus was hesitant to push him much. At least not unless he was certain that Ben actually wanted it.
The light touches they shared, the way they tended to gravitate toward one another, the way Ben felt like an extension of himself - these were all things that Klaus took for granted, they simply were. There didn't have to be words for what they were exactly, it wasn't really until Bill had been there with him that morning that Klaus had realized there was more here. More than just the constant need to have that connection with Ben.
Ben didn't need to ask him twice though, not when it was just the two of them like this.
Rather than respond though, Klaus closed what little distance still remained between them. If Ben wanted to know where to start than this was the place for it. He pressed his mouth to Ben's in a slow and careful kiss, entirely aware that anything they did now was going to be another kind of first for his brother, and just like with the alcohol he wanted Ben to find what he liked. To see his brother enjoy things that he'd never gotten to have before.
"Here," He said after a moment, when he pulled back just slightly so he could shift himself a little bit closer, so their bodies were pressed together the same as their mouths had been. "You start right here," He kissed Ben again, pressing a leg forward between Ben's thighs, not to any great purpose yet, but just to get a little bit closer, it was never enough when it came to Ben. Not since he'd regained his body.
